From the moment my husband Dave was taken into their care right through until we had to say our goodbyes at his funeral the coop funeralcare Rubery treated us all with compassion, dignity and respect. Everyone included from the wonderful ladies in the office, the dignified and respectful drivers and pallbearers to the amazing respect and kindness shown by Vicky on the day of Daves final journey. We as a family could not have asked for a more dignified and personal experience at the most difficult time in our lives.

I have already informed both Pype Hayes the the Head Office of the excellent service provided by the staff and personal who attended Dad's funeral to undertake the service. We could not fault this at all. WE wold recommend them to any relatives or friends in the future.

Theresa is one of the most compassionate people we have met. We cannot thank her enough for her care and sensitivity; our needs were dealt with efficiently and with compassion. This is the fifth time that Theresa and the team at the Co-Op in Yardley have supported our family with funeral arrangements and on each occasion our grief was acknowledged and Theresa was able to help us through the very difficult process sensitively and efficiently. This is one of the most difficult things anyone can have to do while they are still grieving - being able to trust your funeral director goes some way to easing the process. We truly can't thank the team enough.

The support and professionalism of everyone I dealt with at the Co-op has been outstanding. The care and attention to detail given went far beyond the call of duty, such as offering to stay behind after closing time when I was stuck on the motorway so that I could see my dad in his casket. Advice on the order of service was particularly helpful and meant that together we created a truly personal booklet that we were very proud of. I cannot recommend their services highly enough.

From the minute we had to start funeral aŕrangements for dad the Co-op have been nothing other than respectful/compassionate and professional. We saw dad many times in the chapel, often just turning up impromptu and it was never an issue to let us see him. Communication was spot on. Highly recommend

Thank you for helping us cope with a very difficult time for the family. All the staff came into contact with were very considerate and sensitive to the way we felt. Carol Walker who was my primary contact showed a genuine interest in my deceased mothers life, and although I changed my mind on timings, she always put me at my ease.

We also thought that my mother was very well presented whilst at rest in the parlour.
