Mr. Rose was beyond professional. He really made me feel like a family member and was always understanding. Never was there a sales pressure. He asked me what I had in mind and offered me what I described and how to make the services memorable. 

Thank you to Mr. Carnes for allowing me to  be on Mardi Gras float. (unrelated to services provided). And for participating in The Daily News Press Run. Island style advertising lol. 

Mr. Carnes and his employees are men of character and this is the company I will always turn to when dark times arrive.

This is my second loved one that your funeral home took care of, every step was covered in great detail. Mr. Thaddeus Pratt was there from day one and handled everything like the awesome professional that he is in great detail. Mr. Tom Sayles was there to oversee the service and the internment and made sure that all was taken care of, I and my family are most appreciative of these men and their caring in our time of need, thank you very much, very truly yours, Odell A. Everything was past my expectations, from the first phone call i madw for them to come get the body until the service was completely over. Mr.Mario was very understanding and really listenend to what we wanted for our mama. It meant so much that he worked with us on everything and responded to every email and phone call i made to him. I would highly recommend Carnes services to anyone who is need.. You guys found a way to mAke it all work. Planning a funeral for a loved one is harder than planning a wedding day. Our experience with Carnes Funeral home and with Mr. Kevin Byron was excellent for sure. Everything was explained and offered in detail. We were never pressured to accept services or products we weren't interested in. Once we made our decision, everything came off without a hitch and no mistakes or surprises. Their manner was very professional but at the same time very warm and comforting. I couldn't have been more pleased. I will recommend them to all I know. I also felt like I made a friend in Mr. Byron.
