I cannot thank Andy Cunningham and the staff at Knollcrest enough for escorting me through my son’s final journey.  We were treated with kindness, understanding and respect. They handled all arrangements with Abraham Lincoln Nat’l Cemetery, freeing us up to concentrate on our family and our lost son.

Everything was better than expected.  The kindness that was shown to me and my family during the loss of our dad, grandpa and great grandpa by your staff from the girls in the office,the funeral directors and the greeters was very respectful and professional.  .  We never felt rushed in any of our decisions, nor did we not feel at home.  Everything went smooth and I am sure my dad would be very pleased.  The luncheon was the only negative from the day of the funeral and at no fault to Knollcrest. I do not recommend going to Hanging Gardens for the after Service luncheon if you are having the burial at Elmwood cemetery.

I used Knollcrest Funeral Home when my mother died, and luckily I remembered them when my father died. In both instances, Knollcrest was extremely helpful and professional. Everything went smoothly. In my father's case, he needed to be flown to his hometown from another state. Knollcrest did all the arranging for me to have this done. I dealt with several Knollcrest employees in the planning of each of my parents funerals, and each employee was exceptionally helpful. My father's funeral was most recent, and I don't use the word "perfect" often, but my father's funeral was perfect. I have gotten feedback from several individuals who attended my father's funeral, and they each stated how special and beautiful it was. Thanks to Knollcrest and all of the incredible employees. You helped me stay sane in the most difficult times.

KNOLLCREST AND THEIR ENTIRE STAFF MADE THIS PROCESS OF CARING FOR MY DAD'S FUNERAL SERVICE AND BURIAL A PLEASURE. THEY WERE THERE FOR OUR FAMILY THE ENTIRE STEP OF THE WAY. I CANNOT IMAGINE DOING ALL OF THIS PLANNING WITHOUT THEM.

Many people say how beautiful a loved one looks, and it always seems like a funny thing to say. In my Mom's case, she did look beautiful. I was nervious about having an open casket because Mom had been bed ridden for eight years and had those horrible nose surgeries. Did not want people to have that image of her to be their last one. You truly made her look like her young, healthy self. Thank you so much for giving me that last look of Mom. Everything you did for us was perfect. The red roses were beautiful. Mom grew roses (had over 50 bushes), so it was very important that they be special. Thank you to Becky for her help with the programs and thank you cards which used the red rose theme. Also, thank you for the Frank Sinatra music which was very appropriate since he was Mom's favorite. You are all truly the best, and I appreciate everything. Sue
